Venus Product Review:

Venus has been rated 3.9 stars for its holistic overview of products. While a few liked everything about their services, many poured scorn on their poor customer service. ..

Return Policy

People mostly objected to the company’s policy of charging money on returning a product that didn’t work for the customer. They were all charged a hefty amount for shipping the product and then again on returning it too when the product did not meet the purpose. The company didn’t even return the product’s complete amount thus giving only a partial amount of what the customer paid.

“I fell for the free returns scam, and they scammed me on the free shipping because I returned my items. I would never have ordered from them if returns weren’t free (only free if store credit). I used a promo that included free shipping and they charged me for that too when I returned my items, so $12 for nothing on items that allegedly had free shipping and returns.” said one. ..

The customer service at the store was terrible. They misrepresented the clothing they sold and it was itchy and uncomfortable. Another piece was too big, but they didn’t care about their shipping charges. This policy is terrible.

Quality of the product : Venus Review

The quality of the product is highly disliked by many people, as it is not up to the mark and does not meet their expectations. People found the dresses not being sewn properly and the material used for them being of poor quality.

Size and shipping.

Conclusion: Venus Review

Venus customers were unhappy with the products they received. Many of them demanded refunds, claiming that they were not given them and that even if they were, a portion of them was returned to them. Additionally, the quality of the products was poor and not at all appealing. The term ‘rag’ was often used by Venus customers to describe their experiences. Customers were also charged for shipping both when their products were delivered and when customers sent unwanted products back to the company. ..

The bottom line is that the company has poor customer service and poor dress quality. The company was even seen offering certain gifts and surprises to the customers who were satisfied with their product and gave positive reviews. When products are bought online it’s always a good idea to check out the reviews first before purchasing them blindly.  Cause if you do so you will be showcasing foolishness and a fool and his money are easily parted!
