It’s amazing how many people spoke against Hue Hearing aids’ fake customer reviews. The users claimed that the customer reviews which were favourable were all doctored. It can be concluded that they were all false. So, it brings a question to our minds which is:  who are those who gave positive recommendations to the product? So hue hearing aids must have doctored most of their reviews. If this happens to be the case, it would be a very dishonest move for the company.

Poor Customer Service

The Hue Hearing Aid company has been known for poor customer service in the past. Some of the complaints that have been made about them include not responding to emails, not being able to reach phone numbers, and making it difficult for users to get in touch with them. This makes it difficult for customers to get their questions answered and makes it difficult for them to be satisfied with their products.

Shipping Problems

The hue hearing aids seem to have poor shipping management in that most of their deliveries were always later than the scheduled date. Some of the complaints of the users of the product was that the hearing aids always come several weeks after the scheduled period of delivery. They complained and they couldn’t even get their refund. So, shipping is a very poor area for hue hearing aids. I found only one positive comment about their shipping. Since, they also complained of fake reviews, who knows, maybe the positive review about shipping was doctored or not.

Poor quality of Products

It’s disheartening to find out that these companies are medical ones, such as the hue hearing aids company that would produce substandard products. It is awful to imagine the pain that these previous users must have endured at the hands of the hue hearing aids company. Several people have lost their money, ranging from a minimum of €100 to €300 all because of poor products. It was to my greatest displeasure to read about a certain young man who got hearing aids for his father and the hearing aid was just a piece of junk. It wasn’t working and was even just making an awful noise in his father’s ears that they had to dispose of them. ..

Payment Issues

The complaints against this company seem to be that they are not able to get the hearing aids because they have cards which are not accepted by the websites. This is a problem because the business model of this company depends on getting payments from its customers. If it can’t get payments then it will not be able to survive.

Money-Back Guarantee Problems

The complaint that had the highest frequency among all the complaints was that customers were not able to get their money back after making purchases. This issue seems quite funny because a company such as Hue Hearing Aid Company offered a 90-day money-back guarantee, but did not honour it.

Many users tried to get a refund after complaining about different things such as late shipping, some complained about hearing aids not working and so on. What made matters worse was that irrespective of what they did, still, many of these users couldn’t get refunds even after sending several emails and placing several calls. Then, they eventually gave up with the conclusion that hue hearing aids were just out to get their money. This was something I found quite disheartening as many of the users were aged people. For example, a 75-year-old man after paying $200 to get the hearing aids discovered that it was faulty. He tried severally to reach the customer care service but he couldn’t, he eventually had to give up. Now, this is just one of the many other people who have lost their money to this company. It is sad.

Conclusion

The complaints seemed valid because 90% of the reviews were negative. ..
