Types of PTO

Full-time worker PTO 

The PTO is available to employees with less than a year of experience who have worked for the company for at least 10 days. The PTO is available for an initial period of 80 hours, or 10 days. After that, the PTO is available for an additional 20 hours, or 8 days.

An employee with 1 to 6 years of experience who has worked 120 hours or 15 days in a row would be considered a “long-term employee.”

Employees with more than 6 years of experience get compensated for 160 hours (20 days) of work, plus 40 hours (10 days) of vacation time.

PTO for reduced time worker

PTO for part-time worker

Employees who work for 20 to 29 hours a week are considered as part-time workers. Employees with less than a year of experience will get 40 hours or five days of PTO. And employees with an experience of 1 to 6 years will get 60 hours or 7.5 days of annual PTO. Employees with more experience will get 80 hours or 10 days of annual PTO. ..

Personal time off
